INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large, ripe tomatoes
  • 1 large cucumber, roughly chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, roughly chopped
  • 1 large red onion, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Feta cheese crumbled 
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces over a large serving bowl. Add all the other ingredients except for the feta and the oregano. 
  2. Place the feta on top of the salad and sprinkle with oregano.
