1 cup crumbled feta
4 slices of gouda
1 cup shredded asiago or kefalotyri
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
½ chilli pepper or hot pepper, thinly sliced
Dried oregano to taste
Olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a baking dish, put two or three teaspoons olive oil and layer the Feta, sliced peppers, and tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle the dish with a pinch of oregano and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Add the gouda cheese and the kefalotyri on top.
  5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove dish, and serve with bread.
