Ingredients
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 bag baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Instructions
1. Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 380oF.
3. Halve potatoes and place on a baking dish. Season with the spices and drizzle the olive oil.
4. Add the orange juice and the wine and mix.
5. Roast 30 minutes, until just tender.
Yoghurt Dip
- In a bowl put 1 cup of yoghurt, 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried dill and stir.
