Ingredients
3 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground pepper
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
3 teaspoons oregano
3 teaspoons thyme
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 turkey breasts, boneless, skinless
1/2 cup cheese, feta, and cream cheese mixed
4 Tablespoons mustard

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 390 F degrees.
2. In a bowl, mix all the seasonings and the mustard and spread it to the turkey breasts. Put the cheese mixture in the breasts and roll them up. Put a toothpick if needed.
3. Put the turkey breasts in a pan, add some water – around four cups, the olive oil. Place the pan in the oven and roast the turkey breast for about 45 minutes.
4. Serve with rice and veggies.
