2 lbs boneless pork shoulder, cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/4 cup olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1 cup dry white wine

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pork, and the spices. Warm the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and brown on each side until crispy, about 3 minutes per side.
2. Add the wine and cook until the pork is tender and cooked through about 10 minutes.
3. Add the lemon juice and cook one more minute, until the sauce thickens.
