- 2-3 pounds wild boar tenderloin
- 1 cup of red wine
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oilDirections
- Put everything, except the meat, in the slow cooker (crock-pot) and mix well.
- Add the tenderloin and cook on low for 4 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Serve with rice or potatoes.
