Ingredients
- 3 lb boneless pork shoulder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp thyme
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup honey barbecue sauce
Directions
1. In a bowl mix everything except the barbecue sauce
2. Transfer the meat with the spices to the crockpot and cook on the low for 8-10 hours. Meat should be very tender.
3. Transfer the meat to a plate and using forks, pull the pork into shreds.
4. Return the meat to the crockpot and add the barbecue sauce.
5. Mix it and cook for 30-40 more minutes.
