Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups grated zucchini
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 370°F.
- Grease and flour a pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar, oil, and eggs until creamy. Add in vanilla, and mix until well combined.
- Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa and milk.
- After everything is well combined, stir in the zucchini.
- Pour into the pan and bake for approximately 60 minutes.
- Check the cake with a toothpick.
