Ingredients

2 cups flour

1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 ripe bananas mashed

1/3 cup butter

2 Tbsp milk 

2 eggs

powdered sugar (optional) 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 380oF.
  2. In a large bowl mix with an electric mixer all the ingredients except the bananas.
  3. Add the bananas and stir with a spatula. 
  4. Line one 12-cup standard muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  5.  Divide the batter evenly in the prepared muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes. 
  7. Dust with powdered sugar. (optional)
